As published by the Longines Global Champions Tour in a press release, all stages of the Longines Global Champions Tour and the GCL team competitions will be broadcast live and free of charge by DAZN from the 2025 season. The international sports rights agency SPORTFIVE brokered the agreement, which is intended to give the sport of show jumping broader visibility.
DAZN's global reach will give viewers around the world access to the sport's most prestigious competitions without a paywall - from the season opener to the GC Prague Playoffs. Jan Tops, President of the series, spoke of a milestone for equestrian sport and emphasized the new international attention for riders and horses.
DAZN CEO Shay Segev underlined the mission to connect sports fans worldwide with their favorite sports, while SPORTFIVE representative Karsten Mahlmann emphasized the increased accessibility for new target groups. Global Champions had already appointed SPORTFIVE as its exclusive media partner for three years in 2024.
