Future of the national champion lies in Switzerland

Beatrice Hoffrogge's Destello OLD (Dimaggio x Fürst Fugger) has been sold. The ten-year-old, licensed stallion, bred by Stefanie Löhmann, already moved to Switzerland last year, where he is now ridden by his owner Sophie Fabri. Destello celebrated great success under Hoffrogge: he was Oldenburg Champion of four-year-old stallions in Rastede, Bundeschampion in Warendorf and, as a seven-year-old, Vice World Champion at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo.
His sporting career got off to a promising start with a victory in the 50-day test in Adelheidsdorf, where he received an outstanding 9.38, including an even 10 for trot. Sophie Fabri has now made her show debut with Destello. As eurodressage reports, the new pair competed in a Prix St. Georges at a national show in Berne and achieved 13th place with 65.39%.
