As part of an intensive selection course in Warendorf under the direction of national coach Hans-Heinrich Meyer zu Strohen, 16 pairs were nominated for the Piaff-Förderpreis 2025. Anna Schölermann made the best impression in the final official test with Springborgs Guardian (Hotline x Fürst Romancier).

The final test was judged by Dr. Evi Eisenhardt, Katrina Wüst and Elke Ebert. In addition to the best twelve pairs from the U25 Grand Prix, members of the perspective squad were also admitted to the upcoming tournament series. The qualifiers will take place at renowned tournaments in Mannheim, Balve, Elmlohe and Pinneberg. The final will once again take place in Donaueschingen as part of the Fürst Joachim zu Fürstenberg Memorial Tournament.

The Piaff-Förderpreis, named after Liselott Linsenhoff's legendary dressage horse, is sponsored by the Liselott Schindling Foundation and offers young riders an important platform on their way to the Grand Prix sport.
