At the second part of the international eventing tournament in Luhmühlen, Smilla-Maline Philipp and Ann-Catrin Bierlein shone with victories in their respective divisions of the CCI2*-S. The competitions were divided into four groups according to FEI categories and ranking points with a total of 167 participants.

Smilla-Maline Philipp prevailed with Rock me Baby OLD (Rock of Gibraltar x San Amour I) in the division without FEI category and category D. Despite minor faults in the jumping and time overruns in the cross-country, her strong dressage start was enough for victory with a final score of -32.7 points. It is the first international success for the 11-year-old mare and the second for the 18-year-old rider, who already won European Championship gold with Sir Boggles (Samba Hit I x Friedensfürst) in 2023.

Dutch rider Merel Blom-Hulsman impressed in the division with the highest FEI categories. The best German rider here was Libussa Lübbeke, who finished in second place with Foxcon (Favoritas xx x Fabriano). Other German riders such as Pia Leuwer and Friedrich-Bernd Rehkamp also placed in the top 5 of their groups.

The show provided a successful start to the international season for numerous riders and horses from the German camp.
