Contents

As part of the regular replacement of the equestrian sport committees, the athletes have elected their representatives for the year 2025. Dressage rider and lawyer Michael Klimke from Münster was appointed as the new spokesperson for all age groups and disciplines. He will also take a seat on the Sport Board and the DOKR and will be a co-opted member of the FN Presidium. Klimke succeeds Holger Wulschner.

His sister Ingrid Klimke, previously deputy spokesperson, will be replaced in this role by four-in-hand driver René Poensgen from Eschweiler. He will also take over the overall representation in the DOKR Driving Committee.

In addition to the overarching positions, the active spokespersons for the disciplines were also newly appointed - from show jumping, dressage and eventing to driving, vaulting and endurance. Among others, Helen Langehanenberg (dressage), Philip Rüping (show jumping), Jan Büsch (eventing) and Sabrina Arnold (endurance) will represent the interests of their respective sports in future. The complete list was published by the German Equestrian Federation (FN).
