Galleria's Kenzo under Severo Jurado Lopez made his debut in a competition atmosphere for the first time in a national Grand Prix test at Gut Hohenkamp. With a score of exactly 70%, the pair secured first reserve place ahead of Isabell Werth's rider Niklaas Feilzer and Leo Löwenherz.
The now 10-year-old KWPN gelding Galleria's Kenzo (Glamourdale x Flemmingh) is by no means unknown: Bred by G. Eggink, he was sold to Esmee van Gijtenbeek in 2018 before Kenzo became the property of Korean Dong Seon Kim. The latter is best known as the buyer and rider of Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour's Bohemian. Owned by Sportpferde Galleria, Diederik van Silfhout took a seat in the saddle of the bay. He has now made his debut at 3* level with Severo Jurado Lopez. According to fn-erfolgsdaten, the gelding is now owned by Jurado Dressage.
That Grand Prix was a thoroughly exciting test beyond this debut: Helen Langehanenberg won it with 72.467% in the saddle on the 13-year-old Magnanimous(Millenium x De Niro) and also took third place with Facilone FRH. They were followed by Malin Wahlkamp-Nilsson with Sam, the 12-year-old Sezuan offspring bred at Gestüt Peterhof, and Zackson (11-year-old by Zack x Don Primero).
