Strandagergårds McCloud completes the stallion collection for 2025

Helgstrand Dressage is expanding its stallion collection for the 2025 breeding season with a promising new addition: Strandagergårds McCloud. The three-year-old stallion was named premium stallion in the Danish Warmblood category at the stallion licensing in Herning just two weeks ago and will now become part of Helgstrand's renowned breeding program. The company made the announcement in a Facebook post.
Strandagergårds McCloud is by My Vitality, with the three-time UVM gold winner Sezuan as his grandfather. He was bred by Jens Jørgen Abildskov at Stutteri Strandagergård in Oure. At the licensing, the stallion was presented by Jesper Bisgaard Nielsen and impressed the breeding management of Dansk Varmblod with his harmonious conformation, well-carried neck and three excellent basic gaits.
According to Esben Møller, breeding consultant at Helgstrand Dressage, the stallion had been on the team's radar since the preview in Vilhelmsborg. His outstanding performance at the licensing confirmed his potential for breeding. Strandagergårds McCloud will be available for breeding from mid-April.
