The Longines WBFSH Breeders Awards were presented to the most successful breeders in the three Olympic disciplines at the international WBFSH meeting in Bordeaux. The award is intended to pay special tribute to breeders whose horses have achieved outstanding sporting success.

In dressage, the late Silke Druckenmüller was honored for breeding the Trakehner mare TSF Dalera BB(Easy Game x Handryk), who celebrated great success under Jessica von Bredow-Werndl. Her husband Thorsten Druckenmüller accepted the prize.

In terms of show jumping, the award went to the Belgian Romain Rotty, breeder of the Zangersheide mare Legacy(Chippendale Z x Bon Ami). Under the saddle of Daniel Coyle, the mare is one of the most successful show jumpers in the world.

Volker Göttsche-Götze, breeder of the Holsteiner JL Dublin(Diarado x Gesang), was awarded the eventing title. The eventing horse, who shines internationally under Tom McEwen, is a guaranteed champion.
