The Oldenburg reserve champion and Danish premium stallion So Perfect(Sezuan x Sir Donnerhall I) celebrated his show debut after his castration. While several licensed and premium sons have already emerged from his first crop of 2021, he has remained quiet in sport for a long time. Last weekend, he competed for the first time under Leonie Richter in Ankum and took third place in the Intermediaire II with 73.289 %.
So Perfect impressed with his trot and canter quality at the Oldenburg licensing in 2019 and was awarded a prize at the DWB in 2020. Due to an injury, he was unable to complete the regular 35-day test, but passed a special test in 2021 with 842 points. While he attracted attention as a breeder with successful offspring such as Sané and Sir Jack, his sporting career initially failed to materialize. Now, as a gelding, he seems to be breaking new ground in dressage sport.
