The Trakehner gelding Freddy G (Hancock x Hohenstein) qualified for international starts under Corinna Gebhard at the first dressage show of the year in Ebreichspark. The event, which took place in Lower Austria in mid-March, was aimed at riders who had not qualified for national championships in the previous year.

Freddy G, a descendant of Hancock by Fliederacht von Hohenstein and bred by the Gross family from Erdmannshausen, impressed in the U21 age group. For the duo, this successful performance means access to international tournaments at home and abroad for the first time.
