The eight-year-old Hanoverian stallion Vitalos (Vitalis x De Niro) has found a new home: In future, he will be ridden by 14-year-old Ava Osing. The promising dressage horse was purchased by Saskia Bauer from Hamburg and is thus moving from his previous trainer Leonie Richter to the daughter of the new owner.

Vitalos can look back on an impressive career. He won the Hanoverian Championships and the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf as a four-year-old. In the years that followed, he collected three silver medals at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses under Richter and came third in the prestigious Nuremberg Burg Cup in 2024.

Ava Osing, who won both individual and team silver at the 2023 European Children's Championships in Opglabbeek, will train with Vitalos under the guidance of Kristy Oatley. She was over the moon about the opportunity and is looking forward to building a partnership with the stallion.
