In collaboration with the renowned artist Brigitte Boss, the WBFSH (World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses) has created an exclusive horse head sculpture that will be presented to the winners of the WBFSH Breeder Awards and to the breeders of the champion horses of the Young Horses Championships. This special award recognizes the outstanding achievements and commitment of international sport horse breeding.
The first WBFSH Breeder Statue was ceremoniously presented at the WBFSH Breeder Awards 2024 on February 8, 2025 at Jumping International Bordeaux, marking the beginning of a new tradition.
The Dutch sculptor Brigitte Boss, who is internationally renowned for her detailed and expressive horse and dog sculptures, aims to express movement and emotion impressively in her works. Her works, including the legendary Totilas sculpture at the KWPN headquarters and the life-size Une belle Histoire statue in front of the National Equestrian Center Vilhelmsborg in Denmark, enjoy worldwide recognition.
