BIn the warm-up test for the "DERBY Stars of Tomorrow" semi-final qualifier, Benjamin Werndl secured victory. In the saddle on Quick Decision 5 (Quaterhall x Rotspon), he achieved a score of 73.596 %, just below the pair's current best performance, which they achieved two weeks ago with 75.090 %.
Sister Jessica von Bredow-Werndl, who rode Got it BB (Grand Galaxy Win T x Don Schufro) to 73.553 %, was only narrowly beaten. The score sheets - with several 8s, especially for piaffe, passage and the strong canter - promise a pair for the future.
Third place went to Katharina Schuster with Qence L (Quantensprung x Laudabilis) on 70.702 %, followed by Johanna Wadenspanner with DSP Va Bene (Veneno x Belissimo M) on 70.570 %.
The test was judged by Jürgen Hagenheimer (H), none other than Katrina Wüst as head judge of this test (C) and Dr. Michael Hubrich (M).
