The German para-dressage team is also up for voting in the current election for Para Athletes of the Year 2024. The team achieved an impressive success at the Paralympics in Paris with a bronze medal and is now competing in the "Team of the Year" category.
In addition to the team performance, the individual results were also impressive: Regine Mispelkamp won silver in the individual event and bronze in the freestyle, while Anna-Lena Niehues achieved bronze in the freestyle in her first Paralympic season. Heidemarie Dresing contributed another bronze medal, while Isabell Nowak consistently finished in the top four.
The para-dressage riders are up against strong competition - including the para-rowing duo Hermine Krumbein and Jan Helmich and the men's wheelchair basketball team. Voting is open from March 30 to April 3.
